Forty-two-year-old Rainee Racehorse faces various charges associated with the incident, and could possibly face up to 20 years of imprisonment. The Idaho State Journal reports that police were alerted to an attempted robbery on Sunday night at a Chevron in the town of Pocatello. Staff at the convenience store told authorities that Racehorse entered the premises and attempted to purchase a pack of cigarettes with a bunk debit card.
